Author Carla Conti discusses prison abuse and corruption revelations found Chained Birds with Jim Harold on his CRIME SCENE podcast

Episode 214 of Jim Harold’s CRIME SCENE podcast dropped today, and I’m delighted to share it with true crime fans and potential readers of Chained Birds. Jim is an experienced, top-notch interviewer, and his probing questions centered on the abuses and corruption I reveal in the book, as well as the failings in our criminal justice system.

CRIME SCENE, where Jim interviews true crime authors and experts, was on hiatus but is back in full swing with new episodes. Jim has been podcasting since 2009, and on CRIME SCENE, he’s covered everything from Jack The Ripper to 21st-century true crime cases ripped from today’s headlines. Guests have included Pulitzer Prize winners and New York Times Best Sellers.

Jim also hosts/produces three other podcasts: The Paranormal Report (covers news in the paranormal world like UFO hearings, Bigfoot sightings, America’s most haunted hotels, and more), Jim Harold’s Campfire (real people sharing personal paranormal stories), and Unpleasant Dreams (chilling stories told by Cassandra Harold, featuring frightening fiction for Season 3).

Thank you, Jim, for a terrific chat!
